" Lyndsey Morgan has worked as a freelance conservator at the Serpentine Gallery since 2004. During this period, she has worked on a variety of exhibitions, condition checking artworks by artists including Ellsworth Kelly, Glenn Brown, Gabriel Orozco, Sarah Lucas, Rebecca Warren and Jeff Koons. The works she has examined have come from the collections of private individuals as well as museums from around the world. She has always been able to deal with the challenges presented to her at the gallery, These include working to strict deadlines, dealing with unusual materials, and working in a busy environment under pressure. She recognises the importance of her role and the responsibilities that it brings and deals with it in a calm and considered manner. On occasions when she has been required to clean a work she always calculates and communicates the element of risk involved and always presents method statements. She is a clear and effective communicator and is able to explain the sometimes complicated status of the condition of a sculpture in layman’s language. In addition to this she is a great pleasure to work with. Above all she is a consummate professional. "
